  • Started work with ESB in August 1999 as a Graduate Electrical Engineer, working as a Project Engineer and Project Manager on HV and MV projects across the electrical industry
  • Project Engineer on large industrial installation projects, including for airport authorities, broadcasting authorities and hospitals
  • Project Manager and Design Engineer on windfarm projects throughout Ireland
  • Worked in the Power Quality Solutions division of ESB investigating all aspects of Power Quality issues affecting clients and ESB
  • Acquired deep technical understanding through working closely with leading figures in Power Quality investigation in Ireland, the EU and the USA
  • Left ESB to establish Nahanagan Electrical Engineering Services with Joseph Hennessy (2007)
