24/7 emergency response and supply of spare parts
Nahanagan Electrical Engineering offers a comprehensive 24/7 emergency on-call service to selected clients. This service is staffed with qualified HV/MV service engineers operating a strict rota. We guarantee response times of 30 minutes in certain geographical areas.
Our emergency call-out service includes:
- Isolating any MV network fault and restoring supply to the affected areas as quickly as practicable, with a worst-case target response time
- Providing a senior authorised person/operator to assist with scheduled MV switching or isolations, and other MV system needs, including all interactions with ESB
We hold a variety of commonly required spares in stock so that we can respond to customer needs in the event of an emergency.
Each client has access to an emergency 24/7 on-call mobile number that diverts to the service engineer on duty.
We currently provide this service to hospitals, airport authorities, broadcasting authorities and windfarm owners/operators throughout Ireland.
